Bethany Gradert, MSPT
Bethany graduated from Washington University School of Medicine in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in physical therapy. She has worked exclusively in the area of pediatrics since 2005 in various inpatient and outpatient settings, including neonatal and pediatric intensive care, and inpatient and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation. Her experience also includes work at Santa Clara County's High Risk Infant Follow-up Clinic and Infant Neurodevelopment Clinic, providing physical therapy services to pre-term, late pre-term, and intrauterine drug-exposed infants from 0-3 years of age. Bethany is trained in Bayley III developmental assessments, pediatric taping, and is certified in pediatric massage. Bethany founded Pinnacle Kidz in 2013 with a vision to provide top-notch, individualized physical therapy care and developmental support to infants and children of all ages and abilities. Despite her extensive clinical training, Bethany admits that the best teachers in her career have been her own three kids. |
Sophia Burchuladze, PT, DPT, IPNFA Sophia graduated from University of California, Davis with a bachelor's degree in Neurobiology with a minor in Italian. She then went on to receive her doctorate in physical therapy from University of California, San Francisco/San Francisco State University with special interests in neurology and pediatrics. Following graduation, she completed the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Program at Kaiser Vallejo, working with patients rehabilitating from strokes, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. Sophia is passionate about integrating her skills in both neurological and orthopedic rehab to optimize a child's potential to reach their goals. As a San Francisco native, she enjoys being outdoors and exploring the city's best brunch spots. |
Adriana Mattei, PT, DPT Adriana graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with an emphasis in physical therapy before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. She has experience working with children in both outpatient pediatric and orthopedic settings as well as with high-risk children at Pomona Valley Hospital's High Risk Infant Clinic, where she evaluated children in the neonatal intensive care unit. Adriana loves working with kids because they are constantly learning how to play and finds it very rewarding to facilitate their growing independence. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, painting, yoga, and traveling. Adriana is also fluent in Spanish. |
Olivia Mill, PT, DPT Olivia is a proud graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where she earned her bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Biology. After undergrad she went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. She has long held an interest in pediatrics and has experience working with children in outpatient developmental and neurological pediatric settings. Olivia greatly enjoys working with kids and loves that she gets to have fun with her patients all while helping them on their path to greater independence, recovery, and growth. Outside of work, Olivia is an avid reader and hiker, blossoming artist, and enjoys re-discovering all the fun that her native Bay Area has to offer now that she’s back home. |
Roann Dela Vega- Patient Account Representative/Rehabilitation Aide Roann graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor of science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Developmental Psychology and plans to continue her education by pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner degree. As our Patient Account Representative and Rehabilitation Aide, Roann supports patients, their families and providers in scheduling, insurance, communication, and overall flow of the office. Outside of the clinic, Roann enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends and learning how to play new music. |
Annie Wu- Patient Account Representative/Rehabilitation Aide Annie graduated from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Physiology. She works with children from ages of 0-12 years old and plans to continue her education to become a pediatrician. As our Patient Account Representative and Rehabilitation Aide, Annie supports patients, their families and providers in scheduling, communication, and overall flow of the office. In her free time, she likes to hike around the Bay Area, complete escape rooms, and spend time with her 11 year old pup. . |
